In a fast, busy, and ever-isolating world, it can feel challenging to stay in-tune with yourself and connected to what’s most important to you. Sometimes all we need is a listening ear, a space to process what life throws at us, and to remember that we’re not alone. I am dedicated to working with clients dealing with a wide range of issues including racial and cultural identities and challenges, anxiety, depression, sexual identities, academic and career concerns and relationships. As an artist I always enjoy helping my clients learn to express themselves through different art mediums.
