Everyone needs more support, new strategies and new perspectives because our lives are always changing. My primary orientation is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a combination of Mindfulness Practice and skills for the moment and the long term. Whether it's for a short-term problem or a long-term pattern, lets hang out and build the life you want to lead. I am solution focused and strengths based. You have the answers within you, it's my job to help you find them. Clients will get assistance with defining the issues getting in their way. Together we will create a plan to address them. Therapy is a place where we can come for that supportive accountability we sometimes need to make those changes.
