I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and I have continued helping people feel supported, navigate, and overcome obstacles in their own lives. I retired from the United States Army and I have completed a Master of Divinity. I enjoy working with adults and see the change in overcoming anxiety, depression and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) leading to being able to living life. These circumstances can be debilitating, overwhelming, and confusing. Providing a safe place to express emotions, process events while learning how to move forward are all part of what is done in confidence.
