Welcome! I know life can be challenging sometimes as we all share common basic needs. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a Master’s degree from Adams State University and a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Capella University with 22 years of helping individuals work through life’s challenges. I utilize an integrated approach to therapy believing individuals inherently know what they need to achieve their goals in life. There are times we get caught up in life events that confuse and frustrate us; this is where therapy comes into play. My techniques and interventions include a foundation in Client Centered therapy supplemented with extensive training in Solution Focused Outcome therapy, Adlerian, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Behavior therapy, Trauma Focused therapy, Motivational, Narrative, and Existential therapy. I have worked in several fields in mental health including: Emergency rooms, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, private practice and teaching Master level students. I would like to provide a safe environment to support you and guide you through your current struggle by utilizing your strengths and assets to take control and get back on track with where you want to be in life.
