Hi,
Welcome to Find A Therapist. I know picking the right therapist can be overwhelming, so my goal is to get to know you and make sure that you feel comfortable. I want you to feel as if you are talking to a friend.

A little about me:

I am a Licenced Clinical Social Worker. I have been providing Social Work services in Texas for 19 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages.
I specialize in women’s issues such as, “Mom guilt” Women with children often feel guilty if they work outside of the home. They can also feel guilty if they stay home with the children. Women often without children face “Childless guilt” Loss of self-worth, aging concerns, and anxiety over Covid are other areas that cause a great deal of concern for many.
Another area of interest is Caregiver Fatigue. Caring for someone who has a medical condition, substance abuse issue, or an eating disorder can feel like you are totally alone and that friends and family don’t understand. I can help you process these feelings and work on ways to reduce your feelings of stress and grief.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and solution-focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
