Life is hard. In this fast paced world we rarely take time to take care of ourselves. We end up exhausted and unhappy, feeling alone in our struggles. With over 28 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and children I provide a warm and nonjudgmental place, helping clients to tap into their strengths, understand and express their emotions, and accept and love themselves. My style is collaborative and integrative incorporating Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Solution focused approaches help clients make changes needed to become who they have always wanted to be.
