What should clients know about you? I am a clinician who is here to help you through your times of need. Whether it be additional support for an issue you are processing or if you are contemplating some life changes. I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field and specialize in anger management. With everything going on in the world it is easy to get overwhelmed with emotions like stress, anxiety, and frustration. Remember, don't give up or give in; we are all here to help. What is your approach to therapy? I use a Solution and Strengths-Based approach. You are the expert on your life and what you are experiencing. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Your initial session will consist of completing paperwork (if not done beforehand) and sharing background information to better inform me on how I can be of assistance to you. Sessions typically last 45min to 60min and are usually held once a week.
