Jodeci Oquendo is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. Jodeci has extensive experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families in both in-home and outpatient settings treating a broad range of mental health issues and concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem, and stress management. Additionally, she was a Resident Advisor during her undergraduate education at Southern Connecticut State University providing personal and academic support, resources, and guidance to first- and second-year college students. She utilizes a client centered approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques. However, every form of treatment is tailored to fit you! Jodeci believes in meeting you where you are at, while providing a safe space for growth. Her warm, comforting, and engaging approach to therapy allows her to make meaningful, trusting connections with her clients. Jodeci is passionate about empowering and collaborating with individuals on their journey to achieve self-fulfillment.
