Hi, I'm Jocelyn!

In journeying through your growth process, it's important that you select a therapist that you trust will meet you where you are, and hold space for you in a way that feels organic. I hope to offer you such!

I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, trauma, grief and loss, coping with life issues and a host of other topics. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and that you possess many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I operate from the core tenets of respect, understanding, integrity, compassion and hope. I've worked as a family therapist, child and adolescent therapist, adult therapist and trauma therapist. While my roles have shifted throughout my career, my passion for supporting others has always been anchored and with authenticity.

As a psychotherapist with Find A Therapist, modalities like solutions-focused therapy, brief cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and Gestalt therapy may be most suitable in helping to meet your goals. However, I must stress that I'm 100% in support of integrative and eclectic therapy techniques which reject a "one-size-fits- all" approach to treatment.
