My name is Jocelyn Rudd. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University in New York and my BA in International Development Studies from UCLA. My approach is practical and personal to your goals for seeking therapy. I have worked with children, teens, and adults, and my experience extends with adolescents as a school based mental health provider with high school and middle school students. My focus is on stress/anxiety, depression, family conflicts, coping with life change and the difficulties that may arise in every day life as a result. Our work together is to move you closer towards alleviating negative roadblocks while strengthening your emotional toolbox to support the decisions to live your best life.
