Morning arrives - feet hit the floor, and the racing thoughts begin. You look in the mirror and you hear, “You know you aren’t good enough.” Your mind is creating your day, and you feel powerless to intervene. As your day begins you attempt to manage your fear in flight with those knots in your stomach, surrounded with the anxiety butterflies. Dread worry and a racing heart. You think to yourself “when is this ever going to stop?" Anxiety is exhausting. Its like a vacuum, depleting you physically, emotionally and spiritually. Anxiety is one of my specialties, and we can do this together.
