I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 8 years of clinical experience working as a mental health professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, parenting problems, and adjustment issues.

My counseling style is a client centered counseling approach. Clients are the experts on their lives and determine where therapeutic intervention should go. I use multiple treatment modalities to identify clients strengths and treatment goals such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. I will tailor client treatment goals to meet each client’s specific needs .
