Life is full of challenges and sometimes you may feel overwhelmed and lost at what to do next. I provide a safe , comfortable and accepting atmosphere for you to navigate through these challenges. I believe people can find the best solutions for own their lives with a little help. I utilize a variety of methods to help you connect to your hopes and dreams. I have expertise in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solution-focused Brief Therapy. This technique uses a variety of specialized questions to help clients gain clarity about what they need, why they need it and what they are willing to do to get it. My clinical experience is centered around working with individuals, couples, and family issues. I have experience as well with grief/bereavement and loss support. I strongly believe in the value of co-parenting throughout the process of divorce and post-divorce. For many years I have facilitated Cooperative Parenting classes for high conflict co-parents to help ensure they stay focused on the best interests of their children.
