What will we talk about during our consultation?

We will spend the call talking about what brings you to therapy and what you would like to work on. If you’ve participated in therapy in the past, it is important that I know about your experience. I will ask questions like what was helpful and what wasn’t- and what you are looking for in a therapist now.

I’ll answer any questions you may have, and by the end of your consultation, we will either move forward with scheduling our first session if it feels like a good fit.

There is never any obligation to move forward, so you have nothing to lose.
