My practice focuses on working with adults who have concerns about relationships, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and sexual and physical trauma. Although I work primarily with individuals, sometimes the therapy will include family members. My approach to couples counseling is solution focused and usually short term. I am trained in EMDR for trauma issues and in Jin Shin Jyutsu, an energy body work.

I am active and direct during sessions and utilize a variety of approaches to facilitate healing in people's lives, specifically the use of behavioral/cognitive treatment, traditional talk therapy, visualization/meditation experiences and mind/body therapy.
