About

I'm a licensed therapist and have been providing service to individuals and families for over 15 years and have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress.

I am passionate in helping my clients in reaching their fullest potential and improve their ability to cope with daily challenges and stressors. I use a variety of approaches including strength based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma focused, and solution focused to help an individual overcome obstacles. I like to tailor my approach based on the individuals needs and encourage the client to be an active participant in the process.

I obtained my Masters from California State University, Fullerton in 2007 and have worked in various clinics and community mental health agencies throughout my career providing crisis intervention and support. I continue to attend trainings on trauma, mindfulness, and behavioral therapy to continue to learn and grow as a therapist.
