I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in various settings with diverse populations. I completed my BSW and MSW in New York, and have since been practicing in the state of Alaska. I am experienced and comfortable in providing services over the phone, through video conferencing, and exchanging messages. I also utilize varying techniques based on your individual needs. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Moral Reconation Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, and Psychological First Aid and Crisis Intervention. I have extensive experience working through anxiety disorders, depression, crisis, and substance use disorders. I have worked with clients ranging from elementary age to end of life. In all my work, I bring a source of stability, enthusiasm, energy, and hope.
