As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in a variety of settings with diverse populations including medical facilities, community mental health and mobile crisis, I have assisted individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, situational stressors, relationship problems, adjusting to life transitions, suicidal ideation, behavioral issues, trauma, loss and grief, generational trauma and more. Through a client-centered, collaborative process rooted in authenticity, non-judgemental and respectful approach, we will work together to explore individual thoughts, feelings, symptoms, patterns and ongoing or new concerns. Through this collaboration, we will focus on identifying and/or enhancing existing strengths, coping skills, resources and support systems to assist you in navigating life’s stressors, improve interpersonsal relationships and enhance your overall quality of life.
