I hold a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy from Saint Mary of the Woods College. Major coursework focused on Art-based Assessment Techniques, Art Therapy Across the Life Span, Group Dynamics, and Multicultural Art Therapy. Postgraduate training includes Level One and Level Two training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and attachment disorders. I am experienced in the areas of relationships, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation and trauma and abuse.
