I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist, mental health, and substance misuse counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career issues, OCD, ADHD, and dual diagnoses. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional setbacks.
My counseling style is warm, welcoming, and supportive. I engage everyone in a respectful, affirming claim and nonjudgmental way. My approach is a blend of cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our therapeutic relationship and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
