Jo is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio with over 25 years of experience working in community and hospital settings. She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, adoption, parenting special needs children, and managing the struggles of being a caregiver to the geriatric and chronically ill population. Her therapy style is casual, warm, and interactive. She believes in treating every client with respect, sensitivity, and kindness. Her approach combines solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral theories and several other theories to best help the client. Jo has helped clients who have had emotional and physical trauma in the past. She will adapt her sessions and create a treatment plan that focuses on your identified needs.
