There are many reasons to come to therapy. I am here to help navigate and provide support through difficulties in your daily life, transitions, or struggles with relationships. Feelings of anxiety or sadness may come up, and be difficult to manage. We will work together to remove obstacles, develop helpful strategies, and create the necessary steps to reach your goals. I want the therapeutic process to be helpful and worthwhile.
