Hi my name is Joan I have providing therapy for the past 9 years. Over the years I have worked in mental Health in various positions but went back top school in 2013 to get my MS in Clinical Counseling. I work with adults and adolescents with issues of Depression, Axiety, Mood disorders, PTSD, Anger issues, Grief and Loss, Self Esteem issues, Relatioship issues , and effective Communication Skills.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
