I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a belief system that you can do it. I believe in different therapies for different clients. My goal as a therapist is to listen to you, discover what the issues are and together create a treatment plan. You talk to me about what are those issues that you would like to work on. Depression, stress, low self-esteem, and etc. Together we set goals and together we decide on objectives in order to achieve those goals.
I love working with clients who are in need of skills to improve their lives. These same skills that I will share with you can be used through-out your lifespan.
I have experience working with military members and their families, families in crisis, family therapy, addiction therapy, anxiety, and depression.
