As a therapist, Crystal provides services in a caring and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel safe to share life's deepest hurts. Crystal tailors treatment to meet each person's specific needs by taking into consideration the uniqueness of each person's background, life experience, culture, and worldview. She desires to empower each person to face life's challenges, as well as develop strength, hope, and the additional skills needed to find healing and achieve their desired goals. Crystal uses varieties of counseling techniques and skills to empower her clients to overcome difficulties in their lives, establish healthy boundaries with other people, and teach her clients practical tools to cope with their problems. Crystal earned her Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Crystal grew up in China, studied and worked in South Korea, and came to America to further her education. As a result, she has a unique understanding of people with different racial, cultural, and religious backgrounds. She is always ready to be a student of her client's lives. Her warm, friendly, and calm personality makes Crystal's clients feel comfortable working with her. Throughout her years of experience as a therapist, Crystal has worked with adults and families in various settings. She has a special interest in working with people with childhood trauma, individuals who are experiencing prolong anxiety, and couples and families who are suffering with relationship issues.
