My name is Jineth Sanchez-Musillo and I am here to help you as you take an important step in healing while gaining a greater sense of clarity and peace. Maybe you have been overwhelmed and think there is no way out of your situation? Have you struggled with intense feelings that make it difficult to form or keep relationships? Are you ready for a change, but don’t know where to begin? I offer a unique therapeutic relationship that is respectful, caring, and goal oriented. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field and have helped many with depression, anxiety, anger issues, adjust to life situations, abuse/trauma, domestic violence, low self-esteem, grief, OCD, PTSD and many more. My counseling approach is to bring forth the knowledge and strength you already possess while using client-centered techniques where I provide a safe space where you are encouraged to be yourself and accepted unconditionally, without ever feeling judged. We will work together to find the best approach to move from surviving to thriving.
