There is no “one size fits all” method of therapy. I assist clients in identifying their strengths and weaknesses. There is no judgment, only acceptance. My clients will experience kindness, empathy, and complete acceptance. I work with people of all ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. My practice treats issues of anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship and marital problems. I specialize in addictions, specifically substance use disorders and other addictive/ compulsive behaviors.
