Hello! My name is Jill Winklevoss and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in the field of Social Work for approximately 20 years in various areas such as Behavior Support, Adoption and Foster Care, Career Counseling, Residential Treatment, School Based Counseling and Outpatient Mental Health Counseling. My therapeutic approach focuses on identifying emotions, identifying relaxation strategies, finding internal motivation, and learning how to make life adjustments to make improvements. I have been certified as a Certified Grief Informed Professional to help people as they move through Grief and Bereavement. I have experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My goal in treatment is to help my clients move through their experiences and find motivation in order to improve one small thing each week. I truly believe that the therapeutic experience will help you move through your hurts and pain with an ally. I want you to find freedom on the other side.
