I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with about a decade of experience as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, PTSD, career challenges, parenting problems, intimate partner violence.

My style is warm and collaborative. I use an eclectic set of therapeutic techniques and interventions including: psychodynamic, attachment theory, client-centered/humanistic, and cognitive behavioral. Together we will set goals and I will design interventions to meet your specific needs.
