You deserve a to live a life which is not controlled by anxiety, fear, addiction, or depression, and I want to help you get to achieve that life. People often struggle not because of what they are going through, but because they do not have hope that it will get better. I believe it is my job as a therapist to create a safe space, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, so you can build confidence in your own ability to heal, find peace in what you cannot control, and solve the problems that have held you back. Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations, so let's have a cup of coffee and figure out your route.

I help people enter recovery, heal from trauma, and create lives they did not believe possible for themselves. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing among other treatments. I am confident we can find just the right path for you, too.
