Welcome to Find A Therapist! I am so glad that you have taken the first step to feeling better. Whether you are looking for a therapist to help with daily stress, a challenging life situation, or have a mental health diagnosis and need more support, I am happy to help. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 17 years experience helping individuals, couples and families of all ages. While I have experience working with all areas of mental health, my areas of expertise are in parenting issues, caregiver fatigue, developmental disabilities, Aspergers and Autism, ADHD, and trauma. I also have extensive experience with helping to manage mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and panic attacks. I have specialty training in a wide-range of clinical interventions including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).

My hope in working with you is that I can help provide support, understanding, and coping skills that will improve your quality of life. As your therapist I will be a good listener, someone who makes you feel comfortable and who can provide a safe and judgement-free environment for you to open up and share your truth. My approach is warm, fun, strength-based and collaborative. Together we can figure out some positive changes you may want to make so that you are able to feel satisfied with all areas of your life.
