I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of New Hampshire with 7 years of experience. I am trained within the area of clinical psychology. I have experience helping individuals with a variety of mental health and psychosocial issues. I specialize in trauma and use a biopsychosocial approach to treatment. During my graduate training, I had the opportunity to work with families in their communities. This experience helped me learn how to really listen to the needs of others and help them identify their strengths. I have taken this foundation with me professionally and personally, incorporating a strengths-based approach with each of my patients.

While I use the therapeutic approaches of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavior therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, the art of listening to someone's story and helping them find a way out of their distress or dysfunction is also most important. I lead my patients to finding their path towards their own truth and happiness rather than pull them onto the path I think is best.
