I am a certified cognitive-behavioral therapist who will guide you to a new way of thinking and behavior to create a more positive outlook on life. My experience includes dual diagnosis, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, sexuality issues and relationships. I use a client-centered approach to therapy with cognitive-behavioral techniques. This therapeutic relationship will empower you to make your own decisions and face any obstacle. l believe the majority of success in therapy is the rapport between the counselor and the client.
