Hi there, I'm Jill! Hi! My name is Jill Lebenson and I am an LCSW in the State of Florida. I specialize in working with females who are victims of narcissistic abuse, codependency, Adult children of alcoholics/drugs, and trauma. My approach I do not believe there is a one size fits all approach. I tailor sessions to your needs. I incorporate the following into sessions: Compassion Focused, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, Person-Centered, Trauma Focused My focus My most valued work is helping women who are struggling with codependency, Narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/ loss, and Adult Children Of Alcoholics And Other Dysfunction. I utilize compassion-focused therapy, Narrative therapy, as well as Person-Centered Therapy. My communication style I strive to create an environment where you can feel safe while being vulnerable. You can feel confident in the fact that I will offer you a nonjudgmental, confidential space filled with empathy and compassion.
