I am a licensed therapist who specializes in working with adults that are striving to build a life that is fulfilled and enriched with obtaining and surpassing their goals. My practice as a therapist, with six years of experience, is to encourage, listen, promote, and assist you in navigating your challenges and observing you reach your true potential, without limits. In my practice, the goal is to guide you to explore your life experiences and overcome wounds in a way that fosters healing and growth. My belief is that as we begin to identify and understand your struggles, process how you are feeling, and receive validation for your perspective, you will begin to have the courage to overcome barriers that you may have not recognized and can now navigate your journey with a fresh, motivated perspective.
