Hi there, I'm Jill! The decision to seek therapy can be one of the most important steps we take on the path to emotional wellness. It’s also a decision often after much contemplation and reflection. I believe this path can ultimately lead to a more enriched and authentic life and a newfound inner truth and self-awareness. By addressing core issues we often overlook, we can open the door for improvement within ourselves and our relationships with others. I focus on various issues related to depression and anxiety, trauma, and grief. I work with individuals (adolescents and adults), families, and couples, many of whom are dealing with complex emotional issues and life transitions. I have extensive training in trauma and have successfully worked with many individuals in processing and understanding past traumatic events.
