Jill utilizes an integrative approach, combining traditional therapeutic interventions with alternative holistic therapies (Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mindfulness/Guided Imagery/Progressive Relaxation, Hypnosis) to maximize your needs, potential and success. Jill holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Masters of Social Work degree in Advanced Clinical Practice and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Work in the State of Virginia.

Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, coping, grief/loss (death of a loved one, career, health, relationship), military (stress, coping, parenting related to deploying or deployed spouse) or relationship issues, Jill’s approach is a non-judgmental conversation with you in a safe space, to assist you in achieving the changes you seek. Jill’s personal and work experiences enable her to come from a unique perspective which allows her the ability to meet you where YOU are at right now in your journey; whether you have a need to get through a current challenging moment in your life or are seeking help for something that has challenged you for some time.

Jill has experience with adults, and older adult populations in individual, couples, and group formats.
