I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 4 years experience providing mental health counseling in Texas. I have clinical experience and professional training working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked with individuals with a variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, parenting problems, behavioral issues, relationship and family issues, and low self-esteem.

My experience has varied in different settings, as I have provided therapy in a nonprofit setting and private practices. My counseling style is empathetic, personable, and interactive in a non-judgemental space. My therapeutic approach draws influence from adlerian therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness. My priority is to meet you where you are in the therapeutic process with empathy and warmth, and collaboratively work with you to help you reach your goals.
