I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with about 10 years of clinical experience. I have worked in both an inpatient and outpatient therapy setting. I prefer using methods of therapy such as cognitive behavior, solution-focused, and brief therapy, although I am open to using other modalities to fit the needs of my clients. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, adjustment issues, relationship problems, depression and anxiety, self-esteem issues, and the stresses of daily life. I like to start where my client is and prefer a person-centered approach. I am a very laid back and open-minded individual who enjoys helping people navigate through life and improve their overall well-being. I look forward to working with you!
