I am a licensed mental health counselor and I have worked in a variety of school settings for over 12 years with both children and parents. I am here to help you navigate the challenges of life, whether they are personal, with family, or with peers. If you're a teenager, I will help you cope with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, transitions, and adjustments. If you are a parent, I will help you strengthen family communication, set limits, and increase your confidence in your parenting abilities. So far you have survived 100% of your worst days!
