I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (in California) and Transformational Life Coach who works with individuals, couples and groups. The areas I have worked with include: mild-moderate anxiety, mild - moderate depression, stress reduction, communication skills, codependency, low self-esteem and confidence building, relational issues, grief, social skill building, marital/divorce/relationship issues, women's issues, racial/ethnic/cultural concerns, meaning of life, life transitions, life purpose, identity questions, spiritual issues, and eco-related issues. The types of therapeutic techniques I draw from IFS, mindfulness, ecotherapy, somatic, expressive arts therapy, writing, communication skills, interpersonal development, play therapy, humanistic, dream-work, client-centered, Jungian, humanistic, CBT, solution-focused and transformational life coaching techniques. I enjoy customizing the therapy experience particular to your needs and personal preferences. Therapeutic techniques are designed to help you grow in self-understanding, building skills, communication effectiveness, self, life and interpersonal satisfaction. I would like to help build the life you dream of living. I have also co-facilitated Ecotherapy Rituals as well as Women's Expressive Arts Therapy groups (online as well as in person).
