My name is Jesse. As a trauma-informed therapist, you and I will work together to identify unhealthy behaviors you may not yet be aware of and the experiences that may have led to the development of these behaviors. Through the use of CBT, DBT, and other evidenced based practices, we will work slowly and collaboratively to reach your goal of changing these behaviors by challenging and replacing the thoughts that feed these behaviors as well as by learning to invest your time and effort on the things that matter the most in your life. I am looking forward to joining you on your path to mental wellness and health.
