I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Massachusetts with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience working within hospital and outpatient settings. I have worked closely with individuals and families focusing on a variety of challenges.

I strive to help clients move through hurdles and become more able to handle life's challenges and the impact of negative experiences on their daily functioning. In therapy with clients I work to create a safe space that fosters trust, privacy, and nonjudgmental acceptance. I meet people where they are, and support them as they work towards where they want to be.
