My name is Jessie, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and healthcare professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, career challenges and anger. I've also helped many people who have experienced trauma and abuse.

I believe in creating a safe environment that encourages healing and growth. I want clients to leave sessions feeling more empowered and equipped with skills to handle life stressors. We'll work together to develop achievable goals.
