I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Chemical Dependency Professional Trainee in Pasco, WA. I have 7 years experience working with individuals in Crisis situations. This includes aged five to adult, and in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, clinics, and even client's homes. I have experience working with client's with PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar, Adjustment Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and a wide variety of Psychotic Disorders. My main therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral along with Solution Focused therapies.
I have experience working with a variety of cultures, sexual orientations, and genders, and ages. I am sensitive to cultural factors , and am always sure to be cognisent of these differences while incorporating them into our sessions.
My goal is to help you to be able to function at your best level. I will assess your level of need, and provide you with the tools you need to be thriving in your mental health.
I have a Bachelors in Psychology from Eastern Washington University in 2008, and a Master's in Social Work from Walla Walla University in 2013. This year I recently finished a program for Chemical Dependency Professional from Spokane Falls Community College, and am currently working towards my hours to become a fully licensed Chemical Dependency Professional in Washington State.
