I am licensed social worker in New Jersey with 4+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I take a trauma informed approach and treat clients with respect and compassion. We will work together to develop goals based on what you want to change and gain through therapy. Getting started with therapy can sometimes seem daunting but taking the first step to change is amazing and something to be proud of. I look forward to hearing from you!
