About
Hello,
My name is Jessica Siegfried. Asking for help is difficult and it takes courage to take the first step in making the changes you want for your journey; that is why my main goal in therapy is to create a safe and welcoming space where you are able to share your story while being heard and valued. I want to ensure that your goals are tailored to meet your specific needs. Working with individuals, couples or families, my approach is client-focused, strengths-based, and relationship-centered. I believe that you are the expert of your story, and together we will focus on your strengths and resources that will allow you to accomplish your goals and live out your story in a more authentic way. I have experience in working with people across the lifespan who present with different life challenges they are going through. My areas of expertise are working with couples, parents and children. I am certified in Nurturing Parenting, Circle Of Security Parenting, and am educated in Trust-Based Relational Intervention Parenting. I am a certified Prepare Enrich Facilitator for those looking to participate in premarital counseling or enrich an already existing marriage. At times, therapy can be hard, but I believe that it also offers an opportunity for self-exploration and self-reflection that will allow you to continue your journey in an authentic way.
Thank you,
Jessica Siegfried
