Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the field for 6 years since completing my master's degree at NYU. I help adults learn to cope with depression, anxiety, OCD, and substance use disorders, and utilize a behavioral and directive approach for treatment. My goal in treatment is to help patients develop autonomy in learning to manage mental health symptoms and to support them in becoming the healthiest versions of themselves.
