Jessica utilizes techniques from various theoretical perspectives but focuses primarily on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address negative thinking and maladaptive behaviors that are interfering with someone living their best life. She specializes in adults struggling with anxiety and depression disorders, history of trauma, as well as women struggling with pregnancy loss and infertility. Jessica also works with couples struggling with communication, infidelity, and other concerns pertaining to marriage. She works to ensure every client feels safe and comfortable sharing their concerns in an environment designed to encourage clients to open and discuss anything they wish at a pace that makes them the happiest.
