Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas with 5 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship concerns, family issues, grief and trauma. I have also worked with many couples in regards to communication, infidelity, conflict resolution, sexual intimacy, and relationship enrichment.

My therapy style is client-centered, warm, and open. It is my belief that therapy should be a safe place to express one's thoughts and feelings. I utilize an integrative method with each client to create an environment that fosters personal growth. My approach incorporates evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, systems theory, and solution-focused therapy. I am also certified in integrative behavioral couples therapy (IBCT).
